This year we are having a Ball! 

The Ball starts at 19:00 until midnight on Saturday, 4 May

Tickets are R800 per person

Tickets include:

• The feast - we will be serving British-themed food, with options as close to mentions in the books as possible. Food will be served buffet-style. Special dietary requirements will receive a plated meal

• Some themed goodies

• Entertainment

• Dancing, including classes from Professor McGonagall

• Games with prizes

• Interactions with our professors all night

• Access to the Forbidden Forest

You still need to buy a Student ticket on Quicket if you want to participate in activities during the day. 

If you only want to attend the Ball, you do not need a Student ticket, but you will not be granted access to the venue before 18:00

Daytime activities end at 18:00, giving you time to change for the Ball. There are bathrooms available for changing.

There is no dress code, but dressing up is encouraged!

Ball tickets are not sold through Quicket to make it easier for us to collect needed information from you. You will be invoiced once you have completed the Google form
