Magicon Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending a Magicon event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel disruptions, or personal circumstances.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly authorized by event organizers.

2. Photography & Media Consent

• By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that photographers and videographers may capture your likeness.

• Magicon reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken at the event for promotional and advertising purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.

• If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our photographers upon arrival; however, we cannot guarantee exclusion from all event coverage.

3. Right of Entry

• Magicon reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee at our discretion, including but not limited to those who:

  • Engage in disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.

  • Violate event policies or fail to comply with staff instructions.

  • Present a safety or security risk to the event or other attendees.

4. Health & Safety

• Attendees must follow all health and safety regulations set by the venue and event organizers.

• Magicon is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or damages sustained during the event.

• If an attendee requires medical assistance, they should notify an event staff member immediately.

5. Personal Property & Liability

• Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. Magicon is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk.

• Magicon, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred during the event.

6. Code of Conduct

• All attendees are expected to treat fellow guests, staff, and performers with respect.

• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Event Changes & Cancellations

• Magicon reserves the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In the rare case of event cancellation, ticket holders will be informed of any applicable options.

8. Force Majeure

• Magicon is not responsible for event disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, pandemics, or other emergencies.
