The Immortal Fey are throwing a party for everyone — and this time, the royals are staying home.
For one night only, the fey abandon their gilded courts and crystal halls, returning to a softer, sweeter era of neon lights, jukebox tunes, and shared plates of comfort food. Step into a whimsical 1950s-inspired evening where vintage cars gleam outside, fairy lights twinkle overhead, and magic hums just beneath the surface.
This is nostalgia with a fey twist: think swirling skirts and saddle shoes, mushroom hats and leather jackets, cocktail dresses beside fantasy glamour. The music drifts between classic 1950s vibes and familiar dance favourites, setting the stage for line dances, cotillions, and carefree movement — whether you know the steps or just want to laugh your way through them.
Expect classic diner food like pizza slices and chip bowls passed between friends, and all the beloved experiences you know and love: swordfighting, dancing, shared moments, and that unmistakable feeling of stepping into a story. Outside, vintage cars await photo moments straight out of another era — greasers, pixies, and dreamers all welcome.
This is a more relaxed, more accessible ball — lighter on formality, kinder on the budget, but still brimming with mischief, magic, and heart. A celebration for peasants, wanderers, dreamers, and anyone who’s ever wanted to dance beneath fey lights without worrying about crowns or court etiquette.
So leave the titles at the door.
Laugh too loud.
Dance like nobody’s watching.
No crowns required — just bring your magic.
All the fun, none of the fuss.

This is a world of our own making, filled with our own characters.
The Peasant Ball will place less emphasis on the story and roleplaying than our usual balls.
Inspiration was drawn from various other sources, but we are creating an open universe you can help shape through our various events.
Lovers of all fey realms and other fantasy stories can find a place here, to merely indulge in a night of dancing and food, or we offer more in-depth interactions for those who prefer more immersion.
There are story guides available here if you would like to learn more about our world.
Or you can merely come enjoy performances, dancing, and good food - no knowledge of the world is required.

As always, you are welcome to wear whatever you would like, but scroll through our carousel for some inspiration on our vision for the evening!
The venue is very 1950s, with some vintage cars in the background, and we will play some 1950s music to start the evening off. We are thinking Grease, poodle skirts with fun designs to make dancing easy, and bright colours or vintage themes!
The fey does not understand time the way mortals do, so the 1950s was... yesterday?
1950s were a bit boring for the men though, so perhaps lean a bit more into that 1970s vibrancy 😉
Though we are a fey ball after all, so of course, there are some fun fey-inspired ideas to fit the vibe of the evening. Whimsy, short skirts, mushroom hats, and a vibrancy that only the fey can bring to an evening!
Break away a bit from the formality of previous events to let loose in some more fun styles
